Leaves On a Stream Mindfulness Practice

Try following along with another one of our mindfulness practices led by Forward Leeds Group Worker Matt Whitton.

It is recommended to close your eyes and follow along with this one. The aim is to control what you take notice of, draw your attention to your breathing, your hearing and your thoughts.

Picture your thoughts written on a leaf, don't try to control what thoughts come in and out of your mind.
